We’re dedicated to protecting our team, guests and partners from the risks posed by COVID-19. In line with the easing of national restrictions, we are continuing to implement robust protocols that comply with the Government guidelines provided for the hospitality industry. Here is a summary of the measures currently in place:
Thorough risk assessments have been updated for all of our venues and shared with all team members.
Our team members will continue to take COVID-19 tests twice a week.
Face coverings are voluntary and guests are advised to exercise their personal judgement.
Our team members will continue to wear face coverings.
Hand sanitisers will still be available on entry, exit and at key points in our venues.
Our team will continue to carry out regular cleaning and sanitation of all high contact areas and touch points.
Guests are encouraged to continue to respect the personal space of our team members and other guests.
Glass protective screens will remain in all bar areas.
Track and Trace information will be displayed on entry, should you wish to check in.
